Online Catalog<\/a> <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\nOur courses are delivered in a format that allows you to study your materials when it\u2019s convenient for your schedule. Course materials and unit quizzes and final exams are administered through our online testing portal which also contains additional resources to help retain information and prepare for taking the real estate exam.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

How The Courses Work<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\nStep 1.<\/strong> Read and study your material, which is available in the online modules. We encourage you to take notes and highlight information to help reinforce what you are learning. There is also video content to reinforce the material presented in the course.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Step 2.<\/strong> Complete the assignments and unit quizzes.<\/strong>
After completing the reading for each unit, you will take the quiz for that unit. You can take the quizzes as many times as you would like in order to ensure comprehension of the material. Continue reading and completing the assignments and quizzes until you have completed all units.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Step 3.<\/strong> Take your course final exam.<\/strong>
When you have completed all of the assignments and have successfully passed all unit quizzes, you can take your final exam. The final exam consists of 60 multiple choice questions. A passing grade is 70% or better. Final exams are closed book and must be proctored. The student and the proctor will sign an affidavit prior to taking the final exam. The affidavit is to be submitted prior to taking the exam.
The following are examples of acceptable third party proctors:
\u2022 Representatives and staff of Pioneer School of Real Estate;
\u2022 Employees at official testing or learning\/tutoring centers;
\u2022 Librarians at school, university, or public library;
\u2022 College or university administrators, faculty, or academic advisors;
\u2022 Clergy who are affiliated with a specific temple, synagogue, mosque, or church; and
\u2022 Educational officers of a military installation or correctional facility.
Per TREC rules, you will have up to 2 attempts to pass the final exam. If you do not pass the exam by the 2nd attempt you must take the course over. Pioneer does not charge additional fees to repeat the course.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Step 4. Receive your certificate.<\/strong>
