Real Estate Brokerage – Course #751 (30 hours) This course is designed to educate and prepare real estate professionals how to establish a brokerage from the ground up.  Since operating a brokerage is more than just real estate sales, we cover topics related to locating and designing your office, operating within the laws and guidelines of government agencies, and marketing and managing your business in order to achieve a successful income stream.  The course also addresses the skills necessary to manage employees and equip sponsored sales agents to maximize production and income.

This course meets TREC requirements for SAE credit and Broker license exam pre-requisite.
