Salesperson Apprentice Education (SAE)

If you are renewing for the first time, your TREC records must have a total of 270 qualifying real estate course hours. If you have completed only the initial 180 hours needed to obtain your license, you will be required to take 90 hours of qualifying courses and 4 hours each of Legal I and Legal II.  Qualifying courses are 30 hours in length and do require a passing test score before credit can be obtained.  If you have been made a supervisor by your broker, you will also need to take the 6-hour Broker Responsibility course.
