What are the steps to getting my real estate license?

You will be eligible to take the Texas real estate exam after meeting the following requirements:

            Successfully complete 180 hours of required education.

            Be a citizen of the United States or a lawfully admitted alien.

            Are 18 years of age or older.

What courses do I need to take?

 The courses required to take the Texas real estate exam are:

   Real Estate Principles I and II (60 hours)

   Law of Agency (30 hours)

   Law of Contracts (30 hours)

   Promulgated Contract Forms (30 hours)

   Real Estate Finance (30 hours)

How long do I have to complete my courses?

You have 6 months to complete the courses from the time you register.  But we suggest finishing the courses within a 90 day period in order to retain the information and be better prepared to take the real estate exam.

What is your return policy?

Students are eligible for a full tuition refund, less processing fees, within 7 days of purchase if the class has not been completed.  We encourage students to begin their online courses promptly to ensure that the format will fit their learning style. 

What is the course format?

Our courses are delivered in a format that allows you to study your materials when it’s convenient for your schedule. Course materials are delivered in traditional hard copy textbooks or downloadable eBooks, depending on which course you select. Unit quizzes and final exams are administered through our online testing portal which also contains additional resources to help retain information and prepare for taking the real estate exam.

Do you offer a payment plan?

We do not offer a payment plan but you can purchase the courses individually for a pay-as-you-go option.
