Why Choose Us

Our vision at Pioneer School of Real Estate is to create a relationship with our students that extends beyond the pre-licensing course work, whereby we become a partner in the success of our students.  We have partnered with our content provider to offer online course work that best prepares our students to achieve a passing score on the first attempt of taking the real estate exam.  After being licensed, we want our students to be able to continue to learn through our SAE courses.  We also want to provide relevant information through our social media platforms that will aid students to increase sales skills and become better sales agents.

Meet The Team

Born in the great state of Texas were two real estate agents that learned early the power of education and its influence of success. Now we pass along to you the lessons we have learned so that you can have greater success and propel your way to the top.

Monte Wall

I am the designated instructor for your courses through Pioneer School of Real Estate.  I have been licensed since 2007 and am a Broker Associate with a highly successful brokerage in Katy, Texas.  I am also a licensed CPA in Texas.  Working as a REALTOR has shown me the importance of education in the real estate industry.  The most successful real estate transactions happen when the agents are well educated and know how to create a win-win for both the buyer and the seller.  I hope you enjoy your courses offered here at Pioneer School of Real Estate.  We want you to succeed at a high level and we are here to help you do just that.
